	Nicholas Poduslenko Nicholas Poduslenko is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell and Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Mr. Poduslenko specializes in intellectual property law, patent and trademark litigation, complex civil litigation and commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University, Villanova, PA, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia. He joined Obermayer in 1987. Mr. Poduslenko's civic activities include membership in the Recruiting Committee for the Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. He is also a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
