Matthew A. Kelly, III
Matthew Kelly is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Department as well as of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Mr. Kelly concentrates his practice in intellectual property law, patent prosecution, patent and trademark litigation, complex civil litigation and commercial litigation.

Mr. Kelly earned his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law where he served on the Villanova University Environmental Law Journal. He was nominated to the National Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, in 1995. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and English from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Kelly is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Benjamin Franklin Inn of Court and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.

Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is registered to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
